about ashley

Hi, I’m Ashley and welcome to my website! If you are reading this then there is a good chance that there is a part of you that already knows that you were meant for more and that you just need some support and guidance on how to stop struggling and self sabotaging so that you can start feeling good. If that sounds like you, then you are in the right place and together, we can get you to where you want to be.  That all starts with raising your  awareness around the thoughts and beliefs that you currently hold about yourself and the world around you.

Most of us are walking around letting the voice in our head decide who we are and how we are going to be, not realizing that most of the thoughts and beliefs that we carry around with us were programmed into our subconscious mind from the time we were born until we were 7-8 years old. So what does that mean? Well, the bad news is, if you didn’t grow up in a stable, loving, nurturing and supportive environment, or suffered from adverse childhood events, then there’s a good chance that now as an adult, you aren’t showing up for yourself with the unconditional love, compassion, and kindness that you have always been worthy of.  These unconscious programs and adverse childhood events contribute to low self-esteem, addiction, codependency, and “playing small” due to limiting beliefs about oneself.

The good news is, we can work together to reprogram the subconscious mind with uplifting and empowering thoughts and beliefs that support and serve the life that you desire and deserve!

Ashley will work with you on how to manage your mind so that your thoughts can create the reality and the results that you want.

Energy Healing

Ashley will work with you to stimulate the energy flow in or around the body to restore balance, thereby enabling the physical body to heal itself by releasing trapped emotions and energy stuck in your chakras.

Hypnotherapy is a form of mind-body therapy that takes place in a deep state of relaxation. Hypnotherapy taps into your subconscious mind by using guided imagery and breath work to help you achieve a heightened state of relaxation while focusing your attention and awareness on limiting beliefs that you might have hidden from your conscious mind that are the cause of unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In this relaxed state, one is more open and receptive to the power of suggestion.

Did you know studies show that on average, most people have approximately 60,000 thoughts a day? And that out of those thousands of thoughts, 80% are negative and 95% are the same repetitive thoughts as the day before?

Be Kind To Your Mind

I have termed the work I do with my clients, “The Kind Mind Method,” which draws on the knowledge, skills, and expertise that I have developed over the last 20 years as a clinical social worker and therapist. As a mindset coach,  I integrate principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Mindfulness, Meditation, and Hypnotherapy to tap into the subconscious mind to offer new thoughts and beliefs that are aligned with the goals my clients identify.

The Kind Mind Method supports clients in digging deep to develop a conscious awareness of the root causes of their struggles and self sabotage  and encourages the client to make friends with these parts of themselves in an effort to realign the client's thoughts, feelings, and actions with their desired results.

The Kind Mind Method supports the client in developing an intentional daily practice aimed at self-love and self-acceptance.

The Kind Mind Method draws on evidenced based cognitive behavioral techniques, and advances in the fields of nueroscience, positive psychology, and quantum physics.

The Kind Mind Method aims at building community and connection by offering group support whenever possible.
